Exploring the Heart of Dying through inclusive, community-based, Courageous Conversations
ALL ARE WELCOME
The Heart of Dying Project is a community meet-up organized to discuss death and dying. It is not a bereavement group, nor is it group therapy, it is an open discussion offering everyone an opportunity to explore a taboo subject which we must all face as a natural part of life. It is an informal community gathering with the intention of sharing stories, experiences and concerns about death and dying.
From time to time workshops, speakers and death literacy may also be explored.

Exploring The Heart of Dying through Courageous Conversations Discussions on the circles of Life and Death
A list of topic questions is available but most of the time the conversation flows naturally. Guest speakers will be part of the mix from time to time. This isn't a class and there will be no beginning or end. It is my hope that through ongoing courageous conversation we might learn to explore and plan for our inevitable deaths while embracing a more expansive appreciation for life.
